Dr. Jian Li is the Scientific Manager at Videka. He has more than 10 years of R&D experience in applied science and analytical chemistry. Jian launched Videka’s first lab in Kalamazoo, MI to evaluate oxidative stability for our customers’ products using analytical and sensory tests. He is managing Videka’s global test facilities with dedicated support to keep your products fresh and safe.
